Physiotherapist Graduate Position

The role of a graduate physiotherapist in our team is to work with a diverse caseload of participants with neurological, progressive neurological, and disability conditions.

Responsibilities include assessing and designing impactful therapy sessions to improve balance, range of movement, posture, and muscle strength. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients.

We are looking for passionate graduate physiotherapists who share our values of trust, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. As a graduate physiotherapist in our team, you will be supported in developing your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

Our graduate program is designed to support your professional growth and development through comprehensive induction, training, and upskilling over six months, as well as ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians.

You will have the flexibility to personalize your work style and schedule, with opportunities to split your time between online, in-clinic, and community work. We prioritize your professional development and offer a range of resources, including laptop, phone, and access to therapy and assessment tools.

To succeed in this position, you will hold tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy, a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle, as well as an NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check or be willing to obtain them.
