Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead and develop our business in the mining industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with site managers, plant managers, and superintendents to provide sales solutions based on excellent troubleshooting and consultation.

With a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, preferably in an adjacent field such as chemical or mechanical engineering, you will tap into the market and educate clients on why we are the go-to specialists in the industry.

Maintaining and growing relationships across the region, you will provide training and product support to develop sales and build rapport. Experience working on mining sites, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and developing successful sales teams is essential.
