Comprehensive Commercial Audit Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned travel industry expert to undertake a comprehensive audit of commercial arrangements. This involves examining expenses, revenue, and airline markups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in performing a full audit of the commercial arrangement (open book model)
  • Validate expenses charged to ABC123, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze revenue that should be passed back to ABC123 (commissions, transaction fees)
  • Examine airline markups and access raw IATA HOT files for granular airline transactions
  • Assess ticket on hold usage and domestic taxes paid by airlines for trans-Tasman bookings

Requirements:

  • Experience in travel industry auditing or consulting
  • Ability to read HOT files using relevant software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Logistics: Immediate start with flexible time commitment, remote working allowed from Sydney. Daily rate: AUD 1050-1400 for the right professional.
