About the Role:

As a Production Estimator at Plantation Homes, you will play a key role in our team, ensuring that our residential construction projects are set up for success. You will analyse project plans and specifications, accurately quantify materials, and prepare detailed estimates.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse project plans and specifications to accurately quantify materials
  • Prepare detailed estimates for residential construction projects
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and methodical individual with a keen attention to detail. You will ideally hold a Building and/or Construction qualification and have a proven track record as an Estimator. Trade skills are also highly valued, especially if you also bring:

  • A solid understanding of the building process and estimating techniques
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements relevant to the QLD residential construction industry
  • Confidence in using estimating software and precise manual measurements and calculations
