Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in mental health nursing, including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person-centered care, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each patient.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and ever-changing healthcare environment.
