Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Institutional Equity Division as Early Careers professionals. This 12-month program provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into a career in finance.

  • This role offers desk rotations across various product areas, including Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research/Strategy and Analytics, allowing participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trading ideas and analysis
  • Support all aspects of market-making trade execution process
  • Assist with developing and presenting investment ideas
  • Design and implement innovative solutions-based approach to designing both investment and risk management products
  • Analyze market fundamentals and liaise with researchers to develop investment recommendations

Program Overview:

The program begins with an orientation and structured training where participants are introduced to the Firm's primary businesses. Throughout the 12-months, divisional-specific training and events will be designed to help develop the core skills required to be successful in a front office role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
