About Our Team
We are seeking a dynamic Electronic Security State Operations Manager to lead our Electronic Security Operations business in Queensland.
This role requires a professional with a strong background in electronic security, innovation, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of security technicians.
- Oversee the delivery of electronic security projects, including CCTV, access control, and alarms.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Collaborate with national leadership to align strategy and performance.
- Manage resources and client relationships.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate technical and service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven experience in electronic security operations, ideally in a senior or state-level role.
- Ability to lead teams and oversee operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of electronic security solutions and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications are highly regarded.
