We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Technology Development team in Sydney. The program is a 24-month fixed-term contract with employment anticipated to commence soon.

About the Program
  • The program is designed to give you hands-on, real-world experience as you rotate through diverse teams within our Technology Development department.
  • You'll deepen your expertise, tackle exciting challenges, and build a strong foundation for long-term success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to team discussions to identify potential solutions and improvements
  • Develop your technical skills while working on a wide array of projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience, and developing a deep understanding of key functions and processes
  • Participate in a buddy system during every rotation, regular coaching and mentoring, and opportunities for networking
