Job Description

The role of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon involves providing clinical services, teaching, and participating in research within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to ensure appropriate clinical management of patients.
  • Deliver clinical care to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide leadership in clinical and service improvement activities, encouraging evaluation and innovative treatments to improve service outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, be able to work collaboratively within a team, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.

  • Hold specialist qualifications in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
  • Have experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
  • Be able to perform a range of elective, semi-elective, and emergency surgeries on Plastic Surgery patients.
