About the Role

This Senior Manager Trustee Operational Governance position at Insignia Financial offers a unique opportunity to support the RSEL Boards and Chief Member Officer in overseeing related party Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting insights and reporting to the RSEL Boards on Service Provider performance and operational risk profile.
  • Undertaking analysis to identify trends, capacity, and capability of Service Providers.
  • Conducting regular performance discussions with Service Providers to assess their performance.
  • Leading business actions for the Member Office regarding Service Provider oversight.
  • Providing support for contract negotiations between the RSEL contracting entities and related party Service Providers.
  • Collaborating to implement the new operating model for CPS 230.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency to improve member experience and focusing the RSEL Boards on strategic matters.
Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant senior leadership experience in a complex environment.
