The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have a keen interest in selling, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. As a member of our team, you will gain product knowledge, develop sales skills, and understand our company policies and procedures.

Salary: Adult employees earn an hourly base rate of $32.18, including casual loading, with applicable penalties for weekends and late nights. Generous staff discounts across our wide range of products offer a valuable benefit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery or watch based on their preferences.
  • Complete in-house training to acquire product knowledge, sales skills, and a comprehensive understanding of our company policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
