Accounts Receivable Professional

The Accounts Receivable position involves overseeing the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and resolving payment discrepancies or errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Process Management: Invoices are generated accurately and delivered to clients on time.
  • Outstanding Invoices Monitoring: Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure prompt payments.
  • Error Resolution: Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or billing errors.
  • Record Keeping: Accurate records of all billing and collections activity maintained.
  • Credit Card Reconciliations: Monthly reconciliation of credit card transactions.
  • Reports Submission: Accounts receivable status reports prepared and submitted to management regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Administration/Clerical Certificates / Certificate III in Business Management / Accounting Degree
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid)
  • First Aid Certification (willingness to obtain)
  • Two years of experience in a similar role
