Strategic Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Designer to develop a service strategy that champions the needs of end-users in one of Australia's prominent government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run co-design sessions with our design team.
  • Facilitate innovation workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to design user-focused policy.
  • Lead the creation of user-centred design artefacts.

Requirements:

  • Proven interpersonal skills for building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced expertise in human-centred design and strategic processes.
  • Ability to plan and lead facilitation of co-design sessions.
  • Solid organisational and time management skills.
