We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team as a Senior Operations Manager.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires providing strategic guidance, operational oversight, and reporting expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop governance structures, ensure alignment with policies, regulations, and agreements, and contribute to operational goals by evaluating programs, initiatives, and policies that advance our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, governance frameworks, and compliance mechanisms across our organization.
  • Shape governance structures to support effective decision-making and ensure alignment with policies, regulations, and agreements.
  • Contribute to operational goals by applying substantial knowledge to evaluate programs, initiatives, and policies that advance our objectives.
  • Oversee performance, workforce planning, and capability development, while driving the refinement of policies and procedures to support our operations.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in program management, strategic operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives within a higher education or research environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, policy development, and governance.
  • High-level capability in interpreting and applying complex funding agreements, legislative requirements, and policies to operational contexts.
