Managing a team of professionals, you will be the company's first-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business.
The Executive Director will maintain control of diverse business operations through a data-centric approach and is expected to be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, exemplary work ethics and the ability to build.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of executives and their teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service etc.)
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, processes, and procedures
- Overseeing Franchise lead enquiries (database/CRM)
- Drive the company's financial planning and ensure all financial and operational targets are met
- Ensure the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives
- Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Growing the Night Owl network by assisting with negotiating contracts with prospective buyers
- Driving and owning process improvement and planning
- Oversee all Franchise sales and collateral
- Oversee refurbishments of existing and acquired businesses
- Proven experience as Executive Director or similar role
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Franchising and FMCG experience
- Real-estate exposure is an advantage
- Proven experience in managing and growing a retail network
- Confident in running multiple projects and working in a rapid paced, high-output environment
- Strong networking and time management skills
