Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cyber security operational activities to improve organizational resilience against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Proactively build robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams and agency counterparts to enhance the overall security posture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in security operations, incident response, SIEM tools, cloud security, and government security frameworks (e.g., NSW CSP, ISM), and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001 and ISMS).
  • Extensive experience in cyber security with hands-on experience in threat management, risk analysis, and relevant qualifications (certifications e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
