eCommerce Delivery Manager: Key Role in Digital Retail


A leading digitally integrated retail and distribution business is seeking a high-performing, detail-loving, and delivery-obsessed eCommerce Delivery Manager to join their digital delivery team. About the Opportunity

This brand-new role offers a rare chance to make your mark in a business that's reshaping retail. Working across 11+ dynamic eCommerce sites, you'll be the essential link between the eCommerce team and development agency, leading the delivery of new digital features, BAU improvements, and full-scale website releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate delivery across multiple brands and streams (from BAU to new features)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, eComm Project Managers, Trade Managers, and agency partners
  • Scope, brief, and manage the delivery of development tasks and enhancements
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training initiatives
  • Manage monthly priorities and delivery pipelines
  • Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders — keeping projects on track and expectations aligned
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working with Magento and/or PWA tech stacks
  • 3+ years in a retail-focused development delivery role
  • Deep technical understanding of eComm integrations and website architecture
  • Strong experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with sharp communication and prioritisation skills
