Becoming an accomplished spray painter requires dedication, skill and the right training. Here at our automotive workshop, we're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice spray painter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Colour matching vehicles to precise specifications
  • Preparing vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's processes
  • Priming vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's processes
  • Painting vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's processes
  • Buffing and denibbing vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements
  • Carrying out minor/small repairs upon request, as per Job Sheet requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need a genuine interest in the Automotive industry, along with a good attitude and willingness to learn. We value reliability and attention to detail in our team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You'll also need to be physically fit, able to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll receive comprehensive support and mentorship from our experienced technicians while acquiring knowledge of an automotive workshop and learning the intricacies of prepping, mixing, and refinishing automotive spray painting.
