Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our national major accounts sales team, providing strategic direction and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. They will also possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop remote teams across large geographic areas.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the national major accounts sales team, providing strategic direction and support
- Develop and execute market segmentation, territory planning, and resource allocation strategies
- Own sales forecasting, planning, and reporting to ensure alignment with regional and national targets
- Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and convert strategic opportunities
- Strong grasp of sales workflows and technical capabilities
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience leading remote teams across large geographic areas
- Strong understanding of the local IT industry
