Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on Saturdays. As the first point of contact for all customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment">
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office">
  • Barista skills an advantage but not essential (training provided)">

This is a casual position working every Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with the possibility of additional weekday Reception relief work. If you are a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and in person">
  • Managing the busy customer café including coffee making">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • ">
  • The ability to work every Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm">
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in a professional business environment">
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  • Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills">
  • Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments">
  • Barista skills would be advantageous, but not essential (training will be provided)">
