The role involves leading our Member Compliance team, a group of skilled subject matter experts responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with our scheme rules across payment systems.

Key components include:

  1. Implementing strategic changes and improvements within the Member Compliance team.
  2. Applying a deep understanding of compliance frameworks.
  3. Leading key projects aimed at strengthening our risk, control, and regulatory frameworks.

This requires robust experience working in compliance in either the payments industry or financial services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have a proven track record of delivering multiple projects within designated time frames and be able to assist the team by getting involved in the details when necessary.
