**Job Overview:**

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Site Manager in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring the efficient operation of the site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. To assist the Site Manager in their duties and ensure that cleaners are trained and records are maintained effectively.
  2. To guarantee that any site regulations and Company policies are adhered to, and to liaise with customers as required.
  3. To undertake own cleaning duties, cover cleaning, and supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times.
  4. To welcome, induct, and train new/relief cleaners, and check attendance and time-keeping of employees.
  5. To ensure all staff wear the correct company uniform, are polite, and represent the company in a positive manner.
  6. To inform the Account Manager immediately of any vacancies and provide support in appointing cleaners.
  7. To update and check the site communications book daily, and take action as requested.
  8. To complete and submit required paperwork on time, i.e. timesheets, and order cleaning materials.
  9. To supervise and coordinate periodic project work, if applicable, and any additional work quoted and agreed by the client.
  10. To assist in monthly quality audits and take corrective action as necessary.
  11. To ensure awareness and understanding of the site folders and its up-to-date status.
  12. To undertake any additional duties as required by the client or company.

**Requirements:**

* Experience of working within a client-facing environment

* Experience of cleaning duties (Desirable)

* Experience of supervising

* Previous supervisory experience preferably within the Cleaning industry, however not essential

* Ability to work unsocial hours as necessary

* Compliance with Safety requirements for operatives

* Maintain effective and professional relationships with team members and customers
