Chief Information Security Strategist

ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the security of our information systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a security specialist working across security architecture, security and risk management, communication and network security or security operations domains. They will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a proven record of building and managing relationships with stakeholders.

The Senior Cybersecurity Professional will be accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, sharing own expertise with others and guiding and mentoring less experienced employees. They will also lead the development and implementation of strategies and the evaluation of business outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of ICT security.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, a desire to be accountable for their actions, and strong stakeholder management skills. They will also demonstrate leadership behaviours and be willing to challenge traditional ways of doing business.
