Die richtige Herausforderung für Fitness-Professionelle

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene(n) Fitness-Instruktor/in, der die Möglichkeit bietet, seine Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Ernährungsberatung und kardialen Rehabilitation zu entwickeln.

Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Unterrichten von diversen Lektionen (indoor und outdoor) gemäß Trainingsplan
  • Organisation und Betreuung von Personal-Trainings
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Konzeption von Sportprogrammen in Zusammenarbeit
  • Individuelle Betreuung unserer Gäste und SPA-Mitglieder
  • Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Anlässen für Spa-Mitglieder, Hotel- und externe Gäste
  • Unterstützung an der Spa-/Fitness-Rezeption
  • Durchführung von Aktivitätsprogrammen mit Kindern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kids Club (gelegentlich)

Die idealen Kandidaten verfügen über:

Aufgabenprofile:

  • Abgeschlossene, zertifizierte Weiterbildung als Personaltrainer/in mit trainingswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund für Beratungen und Fitnesstests
  • Erfahrung mit Gruppenlektionen ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Vorteilhaft: Zusatzqualifikation für kardiale Rehabilitation sowie Ernährungsberatung
  • Selbständige, flexible und verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit
