Occupational Therapy Career Opportunity

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting rehabilitation and return to work outcomes within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Manage case loads with support from Rehabilitation Assistants
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Conduct assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
- Deliver the virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to apply
- Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy
- Well-developed time management skills
- Current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
