On a typical day, you'll:
- See to our residents' medical needs, providing high-quality care that prioritizes their comfort and well-being.
- Put together clinical documentation that accurately reflects their health status and treatment plans.
- Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow and develop their skills, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Be a health and safety role model, promoting a safe working environment and adhering to industry standards.
- Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home. You'll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives and contribute to the delivery of exceptional aged care services.
- Leadership experience in clinical care, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving quality improvements.
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI, enabling you to effectively communicate resident information and support informed decision-making.
