About this role
Our team is seeking an experienced individual to provide in-person support to our members who need help, when they need it.
This is a Responder position that requires decision-making, response, empathy, and a drive to help others.
The ideal candidate will have recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work and a strong network of contacts in the local area.
They will also have a high level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management, ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide in-person support to members in coordination with our Support Centre.
- Work a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster.
- Assist the Response Network Manager with stakeholder engagement, training, and operational procedures.
- Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required.
What you'll bring:
- Recent or current experience in emergency services, military and/or security-related work in Australia.
