Job Opportunity for Aged Care Facility Managers

We are seeking experienced and motivated aged care facility managers to support our rural workforce capacity agenda by delivering essential healthcare services to rural and remote regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities in accordance with organisational policy and government regulations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in aged care management, including recent experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
