Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our building services projects.

Your Role
  • Develop comprehensive hydraulic engineering design documents from concept to construction phase, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional design teams and engineering disciplines to deliver coordinated project solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project-related tasks that meet quality targets.
  • Interface with relevant authorities and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend site inspections and collaborate with contractors to ensure designs are implemented in accordance with briefed requirements.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Civil or Building Services Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience within an Australian building services consulting engineering practice.
  • Strong knowledge of various building sectors.
  • Professional Engineers registration (or working towards it) is essential.
  • Proven expertise in hydraulic engineering design and liaison with relevant authorities.
  • Intermediate understanding of Australia Standards and Building Code of Australia.
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Revit MEP, NavisWorks, and BIM would be advantageous.
