About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Centre Cook to join our team at Goodstart Richmond. As a Centre Cook, you will play a vital role in providing delicious and nutritious meals for our children, while also ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for children, taking into account special dietary requirements and allergies
  • Plan and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work a part-time roster of 25 hours per week, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or experience cooking within a childcare setting
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
