Job Description

This role involves leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Observing, informing, and continuously improving teaching practices
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to achieve program goals
  • Tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
