About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard
  • Replenish amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve our goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
