Home Appliances Retail Specialist

As a seasonal employee, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to maintaining high merchandising standards across the store.
About the Position- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide assistance with purchases and ensure positive in-store interactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
The successful candidate will be required to work during peak periods from September to February. Additionally, flexibility to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area is also expected.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with diverse groups of people.
- A genuine passion for home appliances and consumer electronics is required.
