About the Role
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock is always maintained and customers have access to the products they need.
- Create a visually appealing shopping environment that's safe and welcoming for customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall store success.
About You
- Proven track record in retail leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with your team and customers.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Passionate about developing and leading high-performing teams.
