As a Sales Advisor at Le Labo, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients in the Sydney International Airport store. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and authentic customer service to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company promotions and initiatives
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store goals
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a high-quality shopping environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty or guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage
