Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Implementation Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and implementation of a modern payroll and time solution for a large-scale transformation program.

You will be responsible for performing detailed data analysis and supporting data migration activities across payroll/time systems, interpreting and reconciling large volumes of payroll/time data across platforms, identifying data requirements and interdependencies for SIT and parallel runs, and mapping/documenting payroll processes and workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex project that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale payroll/time implementations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience with ETL processes and data validation
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail
