About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Front-End Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital experience team, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and align with business goals.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Minimize the cost of ownership by maximizing the use of configuration-based solutions and quality documentation.
  • Ensure system stability by supporting timely responses to incidents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including configuration and customization.
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience in modern JavaScript, Lightning Web components, and Salesforce platform features.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
  • Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and the ability to contribute to agile maturity across the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident presentation style.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field and Salesforce Developer certification.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, and Microsoft office products.
