Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Radiation Therapist to join our team on the Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay & Bundaberg). As part of our Genesis Care Oncology Queensland network, you will work collaboratively with a group of Radiation Oncologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality radiation therapy treatment to local and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and daily management of associated multidisciplinary patient care to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality radiation oncology treatment.
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Radiation Oncologists (RANZCR) including sub-specialty training and recognition in Radiation Oncology.
- Experience in a high level of competence in clinical Radiation Oncology and demonstrated participation in Continuing Medical Education since qualification.
- The ability to live and work in Australia.
