Life Sciences Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Life Sciences Account Manager to join our team. This role will see you working closely with service, operations, and clinical teams to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Patient Monitoring and Life Support solutions across the designated territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Utilise commercial partnerships and manage time effectively to balance sales activities and administrative tasks.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Promote awareness, acceptance, and usage of Mindray's Patient Monitoring solutions in both public and private hospitals within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and grow strong, long-term partnerships with existing and prospective customers to build a healthy and sustainable sales funnel.
  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Analyse market potential, research future opportunities, and assess the value of customer accounts to maximise sales impact across the territory.
  • Manage Sales Processes and Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales opportunities and market trends; maintain accurate CRM records and develop clear, professional proposals and quotations.
  • Lead Product Demonstrations and Collaborations: Organise and execute product trials with support from Clinical Application Specialists and Service Engineers; coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the medical device industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Patient Monitoring and Life Support solutions, preferably in acute care settings (ICU, OR, ED, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
