About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives to our stores.

This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help us reach our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to the National Marketing & Communications Manager in developing and implementing the broader Regional & Local Area Marketing plans and strategies
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of national campaigns as required
  • Providing support and service to stores as required on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing the Local Area Marketing Assistant to deliver LAM campaigns, which includes:
  • Liasing with stores to workshop objectives and suitable tactics
  • Event Briefing
  • Driving the proofing and sign-off process
  • Assisting with building marketing communications (EDMs, SMS, Paid & Organic Social)
  • Maintenance of Internal Local Area Marketing Calendar
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience within a retail franchisee group - ideal but not essential
  • A quick learner with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to multitask
