Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador, showcasing positivity and professionalism at all times
  • Gaining and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to best assist customers
  • Providing personalized 1:1 customer service, meeting individual needs and preferences
  • Assisting customers with queries and processing sales efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with the wider management and store team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks, including visual merchandising setup, store cleanliness, and presentation
  • Escalating customer complaints to management when necessary
  • Completing mandatory training relevant to products, policies, and procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITHIN RETAIL, HOSPITALITY, OR A SIMILAR INDUSTRY
  • ABILITY TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
  • PASSION FOR SPORTS FASHION OR KNOWLEDGE OF KEY BRANDS
  • A POSITIVE CAN-DO ATTITUDE AND ABILITY TO WORK AS A TEAM
  • THRIVES IN A FAST-PACED, EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT
