As a reliability and process engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the achievement of machinery uptime optimisation goals
  • Ensuring preventative and predictive maintenance projects are delivered on time within scope
  • Designing, managing, and enhancing site preventative maintenance using D365 Asset Maintenance package and other software
  • Ensuring repairs are completed to drive optimal reliability of all mechanical equipment
  • Providing leadership to maintenance team members including upskilling and enhancing fault finding and diagnostics capabilities
  • Effectively managing inventory and suppliers and contractor relationships
  • Promoting a Zero Harm safety culture aligned with WHS principles

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter, and think bigger. In addition, you will have:

  • Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, manufacturing preferred)
  • Reliability and maintenance expertise
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Positive, proactive attitude, striving for excellence
  • Ability to travel interstate as required
  • Desirable experience in roll forming, light gauge metal rolling-forming-punching, hydraulics, metal fabrication, and the use and management of Preventative Maintenance packages
