Marketing and Loyalty Program Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Loyalty Program Manager to join our team at WooliesX in Surry Hills.

  • Partner with our Partnership Tribe to grow your network and expand the Everyday Rewards ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase program engagement and drive spend across Woolworths Group and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, technology, and product teams, to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Support teams and stakeholders on campaign-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Deliver various marketing campaigns to boost engagement and business value.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and optimize engagement, response, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and digital marketing experience, preferably in loyalty, CRM, or data-driven marketing roles.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, commerce, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse networks.
  • Proficiency in technology and adaptability to new platforms.
  • Agile mindset with a willingness to learn, innovate, and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, planning, and delivery skills in a fast-paced environment.
