Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within NorthConnex. This is a 12-month contract position that involves managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation through to service introduction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, collaborating with sponsors and leadership to shape project outcomes, and ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, budgets, and timelines.

About the Role
  • This role focuses on a different stream of work: Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Maturity.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the cyber maturity uplift across roadside systems and networks, overseeing IT infrastructure life cycle upgrades and system integration, and ensuring compliance with enterprise cyber security standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and leadership to shape project outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage risks, costs, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver solutions that provide immediate & future business value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project delivery within infrastructure, cybersecurity, or ITS/OT domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects.
  • Familiarity with project governance and service introduction/transition processes.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
