We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Family Violence Practitioner to join our team in Frankston, VIC. This is a fixed-term part-time position, 30.4 hours per week. The salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Level 5 Award.

About the Role

As a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner, you will provide outreach case management support to women and women with children who have experienced or are currently experiencing family violence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing case management support to clients in accordance with TSA case management models and standards of practice
  • Ongoing assessment of client issues from initial intake to exit
  • Developing individual case plans in collaboration with clients that address their goals
  • Implementing and actively leading case plans
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress of individual case plans regularly
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work (essential)
  • Experience working in the family violence sector (desirable)
  • Experience in specialist family violence and/or child well-being work (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated case management experience and skills
  • Highly developed time management and work prioritisation skills with an ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Advanced computer skills including experience in data and record management
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence (essential)
