**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Coordinator to join our team at Canberra Grammar School.

This role involves creating a safe, caring, quality environment for children attending our out-of-school hours care programme. You will provide a warm and stimulating environment for young children and implement National Quality Framework practices to a high standard.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A Degree in Education, Diploma of Education and Care or a Certificate 3 in Education and Care and studying towards a Diploma in Education and Care;
  • Well-developed skills for working both as part of a team and under supervision and direction;
  • An interest and commitment to working with young children;
  • Administrative and organisational skills;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Confidence to complete tasks independently, intuitively and flexibly;
  • A team player that can develop good working relationships with students, parents, staff and the School community.
