We are building a legacy for Brisbane by delivering the Tunnel and Station Package for Cross River Rail, a 10.2-kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills.

This project is a significant opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to shaping the future of South East Queensland. Our team brings together industry experts from CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella, and UGL to deliver this complex infrastructure project.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Civil Works Supervisor to join our team. This role involves managing possession night-time works, opening up public areas, and reinstating them by early morning with all controls in place ready for live traffic and public interface.

  • Effective coordination and supervision of on-site resources
  • Ensuring workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
  • Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
  • Managing site security, material/plant deliveries, storage, and general housekeeping
  • Ensuring operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
  • Forward planning of daily/weekly/monthly construction work, including resource requirements and trade coordination
  • Ensuring subcontracts adhere to safety and comply with safety requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction industry
  • Experience managing self-performed works
  • Experience on civil and stormwater works
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Focus and commitment to a zero-harm environment
