The Corporate Banking team partners with corporate and institutional customers to provide world-class global solutions. You will work closely with specialists to deliver debt structuring, funding solutions, research, trading, and custodial services. Within this team, you will be part of the Markets division, which leverages sales, trading, and research expertise to cover every segment of the corporate and investor markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in relationship management for large corporate and institutional clients
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial information to provide recommendations
  • Structuring and executing transactions, including preparing credit submissions and employing financial modeling
  • Participating in deal teams and supporting the deal process
  • Developing an ongoing awareness and understanding of market risk, industry knowledge, and risk appetite
  • Contributing to programming solutions for business problems, including involvement with trading tools and e-trading processes
  • Providing technical, analytical, administrative, and direct client support
  • Delivering innovative funding solutions and access points to global capital markets
  • Offering custody, master custody, investment administration, and other related services to local and international clients
  • Conducting data analysis to derive innovative insights and performing market analysis
  • Collaborating on industry research, insights presentations, strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and regulatory responses
  • Supporting banking specialists in delivering transactional support and solutions
  • Contributing to Corporate Banking goals
