Job Overview

The role of Design Director is a pivotal position at the forefront of shaping design strategy, where aesthetic considerations converge with user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers to deliver innovative and effective outputs that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and drive creative visions across multiple clients and industries, fostering collaboration and results-driven solutions.
  • Partner closely with Creative Directors, Strategy, and Client Services to deliver work that addresses key challenges and drives business growth.
  • Take ownership of projects from conceptual thinking to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints, championing best practices and innovation.
  • Elevate big ideas into tangible realities – across digital, brand, print, campaign, and emerging areas.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of design experience, preferably in an agency setting, coupled with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and refined craft.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop creative teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker who can distill complex briefs into compelling visual narratives.
