Description:

The Payroll Coordinator will oversee daily operations of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislative, industrial, and departmental requirements.

They will supervise and support payroll officers and senior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative team culture through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.

The Payroll Coordinator will contribute to development, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and process enhancements, working closely with IT, HR, and external vendors.

They will lead internal audits and ensure robust controls are in place to maintain data integrity and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

The Payroll Coordinator will prepare and deliver payroll reports, data insights, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.

They will assist in the development and implementation of payroll related policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance across the team.
